Served with daulphinoise potato, green beans wrapped in pancetta, minted crem fraiche & red current jus

Served with fondant potato, cauliflower cheese crumble & tomato coulis

Baked salmon
Served on clam & samphire grass mariniere  topped with leek fries

Served with baby gem lettuce & whipped Gorgonzola
