I have eaten in the best restaurants around including the Ivy in London, the Siege House is the best quality and value for money. If you have not paid it a visit, your loss, put it right ASAP!

The Old Siege House is a fantastic restaurant, Me and my Family enjoyed a wonderful evening the service was excellent and the food was the best iv had in colchester. I will be enjoying many more evenings there. I personally enjoyed Supreme of Phesant.. I have since been back for sunday lunch!

I have been to the old siege house twice now and i will defiantly be going again. Both times i have been i have enjoyed the mouthwatering steak. There is parking, service is great, food is exceptional. Overall the old siege house is a wonderful experience and the steak i had is the best steak i have ever tasted.

Ten of us visited the restaurant for a 40th birthday party. On arrival, we were warmly greeted by the manager and shown to our table (chosen by us a couple of weeks earlier). Our main waitress, Petra, supported by other members of staff, gave us superb service throughout the entire evening with drinks and meals being delivered exactly as required...
